Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at TestFirst QA in Chandigarh. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and effective communication with clients. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Qualifications New Business Development and Lead Generation skills Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in account management or sales Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Result-oriented mindset and ability to meet targets Experience in the IT or software industry is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
