We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and marketing, a deep understanding of the software training industry, and the ability to develop and execute strategies to drive enrolment and business growth. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends.
Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to inform strategic planning.
Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry conferences.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, including individuals, corporate clients, and educational institutions.
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract new students.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM software.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market feedback.
Work closely with the training and development team to understand the programs offered and ensure alignment of sales strategies with training offerings.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the education or software training industry.
Skills:
Strong understanding of the software training market and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and deliver results.
