As a Fresher Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities. Your primary goal will be to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with potential clients. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that align with company goals and objectives. Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients by researching and identifying potential business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Willing for night shift
- 80% English language proficiency
- Develop a deep understanding of the company\'s products/services and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement lead generation strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the company\'s products/services and addressing their specific needs.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business development.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (preferred).
