Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
• Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and digital channels.
• Qualify leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into paying clients.
• Research client needs and pain points to tailor appropriate solutions in web development, app development, and social media marketing.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Understand client requirements for web and mobile applications, and craft custom proposals that meet their objectives.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
• Sales Presentations & Proposals:
• Present our website development, app development, and social media marketing services to prospective clients.
• Develop and deliver customized proposals, contracts, and pricing based on client needs and project scope.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Work closely with the technical and design teams to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered accurately.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials and campaigns that align with market needs.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors in the web, app development, and digital marketing space.
• Identify new markets and verticals for business growth and lead expansion efforts.
• Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:
• Maintain a CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track sales activities, leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, potential areas for growth, and market insights.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in the IT industry , web development , mobile app development , or digital marketing .
• Solid understanding of website development , mobile app development (iOS/Android), UX/UI design , and social media marketing (SEO, PPC, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop creative solutions for potential clients, understanding their unique business needs.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology , or a related field.
