Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, service sales, and lead generation, with excellent skills in field visits and client relationship management. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and market research.

Field Visits: Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with potential clients to understand their needs, present our services, and close sales.

B2B Sales: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business clients, focusing on building long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions.

Service Sales: Promote and sell our range of services, ensuring a clear understanding of client requirements and effectively communicating the value proposition.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and adapt strategies accordingly.

Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards targets. Provide regular updates to the management team.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies, support promotional campaigns, and develop tailored solutions for clients.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, service sales, and lead generation. Experience in field visits and client-facing roles is essential.

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Knowledge: Understanding of sales techniques, CRM software, and market analysis. Familiarity with industry trends and competitive landscape.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Travel: Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and business development activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
