We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team. The role involves making outbound calls to both B2B and B2C clients , with a focus on selling either:
• Shine Portal Subscriptions (A platform offering various online services), or
• Educational Courses (Related to skill development and training).
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a proven track record in sales and outbound calling. You should be motivated, target-oriented, and able to engage with clients effectively to meet sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to both business clients (B2B) and individual customers (B2C) for selling either the Shine portal subscription or educational courses.
• Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
• Lead Generation: Qualify leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into customers.
• Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about Shine portal features or the educational courses to potential clients.
• Customer Support: Address client queries, handle objections, and maintain a positive relationship with both existing and potential clients.
