Key Responsibilities
• Client Acquisition :
• Identify and approach prospective clients through email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
• Market Research :
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and potential markets.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Relationship Management :
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Schedule and lead meetings with clients to discuss their requirements and present tailored solutions.
• Service Promotion :
• Effectively communicate VD Infotech's range of services, including website development, digital marketing, lead generation, and IT solutions.
• Design and deliver presentations to clients showcasing how VD Infotech can meet their business needs.
• Proposal Creation :
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, contracts, and agreements.
• Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
• Collaboration :
• Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with sales objectives.
• Provide feedback to the management team to improve services and offerings.
• Reporting :
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for the management team.
Qualifications and Skills
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience : 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales (experience in the IT industry preferred).
• Skills :
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of IT and digital marketing services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
