:
As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Infrabrick India Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Analyze market data to develop insights and strategies for business expansion.
• Lead Generation and Prospecting:
• Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
• Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and establish contact to explore business opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs effectively.
• Proposal Development and Presentation:
• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase company offerings and value propositions.
• Engage with clients in face-to-face meetings or virtual presentations to articulate our services and negotiate terms.
• Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Drive the sales process from lead identification to closure, ensuring achievement of sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Liaise with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and project management to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders including brokers, consultants, and industry associations to explore partnership opportunities.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
• Generate periodic reports and analysis to track performance metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and influence decision-making processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
