Salary: INR 18,000 - 45,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives 10K Plus Work Hours: Night shift (8:30 PM to 05:30 AM), Monday - Friday
Required Skills:
? Excellent command of Spoken and written English.
? At least 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound (calling) B2C and International sales (BDE), with mandatory experience in night shifts
? Demonstrated ability to close sales.
? A passion for sales and target achievements.
? Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
? Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques.
? Familiarity with IT training courses and certifications would be anadded advantage.

Pay: ?11,425.51 - ?40,103.11 per month
