Job Profile - Business Development Executive
Location - 7th Floor of Iconic Corenthum building in Noida Sector - 62
Timing - 10am to 7:00pm
Experience - 6 months to 1yr
Salary- 15-20k per month
Position Summary : As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying and creating new business opportunities. Your focus will be on client acquisition, lead generation, and nurturing relationships to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calls, emails, networking, and social media outreach.
2. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential clients, and competitor activities. Use this data to shape effective sales strategies.
3. Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Arrange meetings and product demonstrations as needed.
4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
5. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and goals.
6. Negotiations and Closures: Manage the sales process, negotiate contracts, and work to close deals that align with the company's financial objectives.
7. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions. Provide regular updates and reports to the sales management team.
Requirements:
? Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
? Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
? Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
? Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
