Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of school by developing and implementing strategies to attract new students and enhance relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the education sector, and the ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• •Student Recruitment: •
• Develop and execute student recruitment strategies to meet or exceed enrollment targets.
• Conduct market research to identify prospective students and understand their needs.
• Organize and participate in educational fairs, school visits, open houses, and community events.
• Build and maintain relationships with feeder schools, educational consultants, and other relevant organizations.
• •Marketing and Outreach: •
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective marketing campaigns.
• Create promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
• Manage the school's online presence, including the website and social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• •Relationship Management: •
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective parents, students, and alumni.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries from prospective students and parents.
• Provide information and guidance on the school's programs, admission procedures, and scholarship opportunities.
• •Data Analysis and Reporting: •
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and prospective student interactions.
• Prepare regular reports on enrollment trends, market analysis, and campaign performance.
• Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• •Strategic Planning: •
• Assist in the development and implementation of the school's business development plan.
• Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with other educational institutions and organizations.
• Contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives to enhance the school's offerings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
