Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Hyderabad. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, and cultivating business relationships with new clients through effective communication.

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Responsibilities :

• Proactively Engage Prospective Clients:
• Initiate outreach to inquire leads and cultivate relationships.
• Collaborate for Sales Success:
• Work closely with the sales team to implement and refine sales strategies.
• Strategic Business Development:
• Devise and execute forward-thinking strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Continuously explore new avenues for growth and business expansion.
• Timely Reporting and Documentation:
• Ensure the submission of detailed daily reports in alignment with the established sales process.
• Maintain meticulous records of all interactions with leads and clients, fostering data accuracy.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Provide comprehensive information, guidance, and support to clients, ensuring a positive experience.
• Foster and enhance relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Target Achievement:
• Work diligently towards meeting and exceeding agreed-upon sales targets.
• Execute strategic plans within defined timelines to drive successful outcomes.
• Collaborative Team Contribution:
• Actively participate in collaborative efforts with the team to achieve collective goals.
• Contribute to the overall success of the organization through teamwork and shared objectives

Qualifications and Skills :

Experience : 1 - 2 Years

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of the education technology industry is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
