Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Black and Blue. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base in the Furniture industry. This is a junior level position requiring 2 to 3 years of experience. The job location is Hitech City, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The employment type is full-time.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role
• Experience in the Furniture industry is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Result-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Filed sales experience is required

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients in the Furniture industry and develop strategies to attract and acquire new business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Pitch and present our services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value we can offer
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, revenue, and pipeline
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and customer needs to drive product and service enhancements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
