Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth for our IT service based company. The ideal candidate will focus on lead generation, client acquisition, and fostering long-term relationships with clients in the IT sector. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure sales targets are met and client needs are satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation : Identify and engage new business opportunities through various channels.
Client Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored IT solutions.
Sales & Revenue : Achieve sales targets, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Market Research : Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Collaboration : Work with marketing, technical, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience : 1+ years in business development or sales within the IT services industry. Must have experience in IT sales and Corporate sales.
Communication : Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Technical Aptitude : Familiarity with IT services (software development, cloud, cybersecurity)
CRM Proficiency : Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
