We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and drive growth in our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify New Business Opportunities : Conduct market research and networking to identify new clients and develop a pipeline of qualified leads in the corporate sector.
• Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored gifting solutions.
• Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Product Presentation : Present and demonstrate our corporate gifting solutions to clients through meetings, presentations, and product samples.
• Negotiation & Deal Closure : Handle all aspects of negotiations, from pricing to delivery timelines, ensuring the best possible outcomes for both the client and the company.
• Market Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs to refine our product offerings and sales approach.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of client orders.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in corporate gifting, B2B sales, or the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to build rapport and trust with corporate clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales goals.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
