? Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.

? Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and utilizing online platforms.

? Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

? Collaboration: Work closely with different teams to align business development activities with company goals.

? Compliance: Ensure all business development activities comply with legal regulations and company policies.

Qualifications :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to analyze market data and trends.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
