Job Role: Business Development Executive (Field Sales)
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads in the Coimbatore region.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market segments.
• Engage in field sales activities, including door-to-door visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and client insights.
• Provide timely updates to the management team on sales achievements and challenges.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or business development, preferably in field sales.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
5. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
6. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
7. Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
