As a Business Development Executive (BDE) , you'll focus on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. You will play a key role in driving sales and contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Find potential clients through research, cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals. Qualify leads based on client needs and budget.
• Sales Presentations & Pitches:
Present the company's products/services to prospective clients. Tailor pitches to meet client needs and demonstrate value.
• Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships. Follow up regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
• Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients. Work with the sales team to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Market Research & Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. Provide feedback to help shape sales strategies.
• Collaboration:
Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts and ensure smooth client onboarding.
Key Requirements:
• Experience:
1-3 years in sales or business development, preferably in IT or tech-related fields.
• Sales Skills:
Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales.
• Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage with clients at all levels.
• Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated:
Results-driven with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet targets.
