Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong understanding of sales and business development strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and industry trends.
• Develop and present tailored proposals to clients based on their needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and performance.
• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and meetings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or outbound sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
• Must be aware of email marketing for lead generation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
