Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our diverse range of real estate and organic farming projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for sustainable development.

Location:

Based at our Hyderabad office, with travel to project sites and client meetings.

Responsibilities:

- Promoting business/ projects through effective selling

- Identify business opportunities aligned with company objectives.

- Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.

- Build and maintain client relationships, collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams.

- Deliver compelling presentations and stay updated on industry trends.

- Participate in networking events to promote projects and develop industry connections.

- Provide timely reports on business development activities and assist in negotiating contracts.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong professional hygiene along with grooming.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Proven experience in business development or sales within real estate or related industries.

- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

- Experience in promoting sustainable projects.

- Familiarity with real estate legal aspects.

- Established industry network.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
