We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive (Online Bidder) to join our team at oCode Technologies. As a key player in our business development team, you'll identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through online bidding platforms, freelancing websites, and government tenders. Your exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and negotiation abilities will help you build strong relationships with clients and drive our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities to expand our customer base.
• Proposal Writing: Research, write, and edit high-quality, persuasive proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition, services, and solutions to potential clients.
• Proposal Development: Craft customized proposals that showcase our capabilities and expertise, ensuring we stand out from the competition.
• Bid Management: Monitor online bidding platforms, freelancing websites, and government tenders to identify relevant opportunities and submit competitive bids that meet client requirements.
• Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication, addressing inquiries, and providing timely project updates to ensure client satisfaction.
• Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and develop winning strategies.
• Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals and partnerships that align with our business goals.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, referrals, and positive word-of-mouth.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Experience: Proven track record in business development, proposal writing, and bid management, preferably in the IT industry.
• Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Familiarity with online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others is a plus.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and compelling proposals that meet client requirements.
