Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities to expand our customer base.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to generate leads and close sales.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business and ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and business decisions.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
