Experience: Min. 4+ Yrs. (Business Development Executive or in Sales & Marketing is preferred)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development and sales, demonstrating the ability to drive growth and build lasting customers relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.

Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.

Collaborate to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.

Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Requirements:

Any degree with relevant experience in business development or sales.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Ability to work independently.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time
