Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture relationships with high-value clients, including corporate leaders, CEOs, government officers, and other key stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact to ensure excellent client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain trust and credibility.
Lead Generation
Research and identify new business opportunities and leads through market intelligence, networking, and industry events.
Proactively explore potential partnerships with government departments, private entities, and relevant stakeholders.
Sales Meetings
Plan, organize, and conduct professional sales meetings, both virtual and in-person.
Gather insights into client requirements and present tailored solutions aligned with their needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective client proposals and presentations.
Business Strategy Development
Design and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed business targets.
Regularly analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize strategies.
Contribute to the development of new sales channels and innovative business models to boost growth.
Product Presentation
Create compelling product presentations and deliver them effectively to diverse client audiences.
Train and guide junior team members in product knowledge to strengthen team performance.
New Business Establishment
Establish and strengthen the company's presence in untapped markets and regions.
Evaluate and pursue potential collaborations and partnerships to enhance market penetration.
Record Maintenance
Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, proposals, follow-ups, and feedback using CRM tools.
Provide detailed reports on sales metrics, forecasts, and client interactions to management.
Sales Targets
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
Implement best practices for pipeline management to maintain a steady flow of opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Qualification:
Graduation or Post-Graduation in a relevant field (Marketing, Business, etc.)
Experience Range:
2 to 4 years of proven experience in Sales and Business Development.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi (written and verbal).
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, e-procurement platforms, and government bidding processes.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory); Master's Degree (Preferred)
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with government clients, including tendering and bidding.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-value client relationships
