Designation: Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, and events).
• Research and analyze market trends, industry sectors, and competitors to develop targeted strategies.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries.
• Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding and transition of clients.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Track and report on sales performance and business development activities using CRM tools and other reporting systems.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements based on client feedback and market insights.
Requirements:
• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role, with a track record of selling IT hardware and Software
• Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
