Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting our LED products to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

? Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and prospecting.

? Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services. Follow up on leads generated through various channels.

? Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system. Update and manage contact lists as needed.

? Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision makers. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

? Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our LED products and their benefits. Effectively communicate product features, advantages, and benefits to potential customers.

? Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our LED solutions. Address customer inquiries and provide technical support as needed.

? Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close deals. Prepare and present proposals and contracts. Ensure successful conversion of leads into sales.

? Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the sales team and management to refine strategies and tactics.

? Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

? Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and post sale. Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

? Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product management, and customer support to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing or technology industry. Experience with LED or electronic products is a plus.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present ideas and solutions to clients.

Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
