Job Title: Business Development Executive / Senior Executive

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (EcoSpace IT Park)

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: ?3.5 - ?5.5 LPA Fixed + Up to ?6 LPA Incentives (Monthly)

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with leads provided to pitch and sell educational products/services.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Conduct outbound calls to connect with potential clients (80+ calls/day as per industry standards).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adapt to a start-up/edtech work environment, including extended work hours when needed.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (HSC also accepted).
• Experience: 6 months to 3 years of sales experience (excluding internships).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a high-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Age: Below 32 years.
• Immediate joining availability.

Work Details:

• Work Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM (with potential extensions based on business needs).
• Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).
• Location: EcoSpace IT Park, Off Old Nagardas Road, Andheri East, Mumbai.
