Job Description

Position Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Vasai

Industry: 3D Animation and Manufacturing Sector

Experience: 2-5 years in Business Development or a similar role

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.

- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution. - Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective account management.

2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

- Identify new business opportunities through digital marketing, social media marketing, and networking.

- Research and target potential clients in the 3D animation industry and manufacturing sector. - Attend exhibitions and industry events to generate leads and develop new relationships.

3. Digital and Physical Marketing:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies through online platforms and social media. - Monitor digital campaigns, analyze performance, and convert digital leads into clients.

- Execute on-site marketing activities at exhibitions, trade shows, and client locations.

4. Sales and Lead Conversion:

- Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

- Identify client needs, provide relevant solutions, and present proposals.

- Achieve sales targets by converting prospects into long-term clients.

5. Exhibition and Event Knowledge:

- Possess a strong understanding of exhibition and event management, particularly in the 3D animation and manufacturing sectors.

- Utilize industry knowledge to effectively network and represent the company at events.

6. Industry Expertise:

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the 3D animation industry and manufacturing sector. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and market dynamics.

7. Strategy Development and Planning:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing strategies. - Develop business plans to identify growth opportunities and drive business development. - Provide strategic input to improve the company's market presence and competitive position.

8. Hybrid Working Ability:

- Capable of working both digitally and physically on-site, depending on project needs. - Participate in virtual meetings, online campaigns, and on-site marketing activities.

Key Requirements:

- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing in the 3D animation, manufacturing, or

related industries.

- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.

- Exhibition and event management experience is highly preferred.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

- Ability to work independently and within a team, with a focus on goal achievement. - Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Proficient in CRM software and digital marketing tools.

- Flexibility to travel and attend exhibitions and client meetings as required.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Salary:

Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
