•Position Overview:•
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive specializing in Appointment Generation (AG) to join our growing team. This role involves prospecting, engaging with potential clients, and scheduling high-quality appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate is proactive, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
•Key Responsibilities:•
1. Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, databases, referrals, cold calling).
- Maintain and update an organized database of leads.
2. Prospecting & Outreach:
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to connect with potential clients.
- Craft personalized messaging to establish interest and build rapport with prospects.
3. Appointment Setting:
- Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria to ensure a strong match with the company's services.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with decision-makers (e.g., CXOs, Directors, or Managers).
4. Follow-ups & Nurturing:
- Follow up on cold and warm leads to develop relationships.
5. Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals and strategies.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation and appointment-setting activities using CRM tools.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple prospects, follow-ups, and appointments efficiently.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to research industries, analyse client needs, and tailor outreach strategies.
- Team Player: Collaborates effectively with internal teams to achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, telemarketing, or appointment generation (1-3 years preferred).
- Familiarity with B2B sales and lead generation processes.
- Experience in working with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and qualification frameworks like BANT, SQL, or MEDDIC is a plus.
