Job Title: Business Development Tele Caller
Role: Drive sales by making outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments. Provide exceptional support to customers and maintain CRM records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate calls to introduce our services and drive sales.
• Assess leads and schedule meetings for the BD Manager.
• Follow up to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales pipeline.
• Support existing customers with new inquiries and expanding the revenue through other services.
• Meet KPIs and maintain accurate CRM records.
Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in tele-calling and/or sales.
• Knowledge of the Maritime industry is a plus.
• International sales experience is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
• Fluent in English.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude and target-driven approach.
