Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
Learn and apply company policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
Coordinating with clients for smooth execution and operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
2. Compliance & Liasoning Roles:
Preparation & Submission of the compliances related documents.
Assisting internal teams with all the compliances related procedures.
Learning and Understanding online and offline procedure of E-tender.
3. Documentation and Record Maintenance:
Verification and maintaining documentation for new/existing locations.
Analyze problems and timely assistance to the front-end team for effective workflow.
Evaluate and finalize business agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Maintaining store details and records for existing and new locations.
4. Projects Assistance:
Coordinating and follow-ups with internal teams for ongoing projects.
Follow-ups with Finance Team on timely payments and issue resolving.
Coordinating with Admin and Warehouse team for other administrative related tasks.
Requirements:
Fresher with Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
Good communication and writing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within India if needed.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new things.
Organizational skills and attention to details.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Only Male candidates are perferred.
