Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1+ year of experience Roles and Responsibilities: As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Market Research: Conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Generating qualified leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, networking, and social media.
  • Client Acquisition: Cultivating relationships with prospective clients and converting leads into new business opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations: Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase our products or services.
  • Account Management: Managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieving and exceeding sales targets and contributing to the company\'s revenue growth.
  • Negotiations: Engaging in negotiations, contract discussions, and closing deals with clients.
  • Market Intelligence: Staying up to date with industry developments and competitor activities to provide insights for strategy improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align business strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of business development activities and providing regular progress reports to management.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
  • A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role, with a successful track record in sales and client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
  • A well-established network of industry contacts and potential clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 15,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Schedule:
