Position Overview:
We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and goal-driven Field Business Development Executive to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients--individuals, businesses, and organizations--in the local and surrounding areas to promote and sell our sales training programs.
This is a field-based role, and the successful candidate will need to actively meet prospects, create opportunities, and close sales to drive revenue growth for Jeevakarunya Charitable Trust's training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition : Identify and approach individuals, companies, and organizations in need of sales training programs.
• Product Knowledge : Develop a strong understanding of the sales training programs offered by Jeevakarunya Charitable Trust, including content, methodology, and benefits, to effectively communicate this to potential clients.
• Lead Generation : Prospect and generate new leads via cold calls, referrals, networking events, and outreach through local partnerships.
