Job Description

Responsible for a variety of tasks that help a company grow and succeed, including: Identifying opportunities: Researching businesses, individuals, and industry trends to find new clients and markets Building relationships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients Negotiating: Negotiating business terms with clients to help them move down the sales funnel Setting goals: Setting sales goals and ensuring the sales team meets them Analyzing data: Tracking and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth Presenting: Preparing and delivering pitches to potential investors and presenting sales reports to senior board members Representing the company: Representing the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences Training: Hiring, onboarding, and training new team members in the sales team Managing risks: Working with senior team members to manage risks
