• Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions that align with their goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and close deals.
• Maintain a database of leads and clients, ensuring consistent follow-up and relationship management.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions and services (e.g., software development, ERP, web development).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
