Tecfuge Business Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to drive our business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving both personal and team targets.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet company objectives.
• Arrange and conduct business development meetings with potential clients.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify new revenue and business sources.
• Maintain detailed records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other key data.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with new customers.
• Generate leads through bidding portals such as Upwork.
• Focus on securing repeat business while continuously attracting new clients.
• Train personnel and assist team members in developing their skills.
• Achieve both personal and team targets, demonstrating a target-driven approach.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and various selling & buying platform like (Amazon, Myntra and Meesho)
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to manage international leads across different time zones.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Proactive and able to work with minimal guidance, handling uncertainty with ease.
• Willing to travel ( License is Mandatory)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience in writing detailed reports and providing management with feedback and updates.

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month
