Location: India (Kerala) Experience: Minimum 4 years in business development Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with new customers on a global scale to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.
Develop and execute strategies to acquire local business partnerships and product collaborations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and support.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to close deals effectively.
Track and report on sales performance and market trends to optimize strategies and achieve business goals.
Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and enhance market presence.

Requirements:

Proven track record in business development with at least 4 years of experience, preferably in a global market context.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, market dynamics, and business processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; MBA preferred.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
