Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Market Research:
• Research and identify potential business opportunities in the property management sector.
• Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, events, and online platforms).
• Qualify leads and assess client needs to determine how the firm can provide value.
• Client Acquisition:
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the firm's property management services and solutions.
• Draft proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with new clients.
• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Collaborate with the business development and sales teams to define and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth transition to the operations team.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Market Intelligence & Reporting:
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the property management sector.
• Provide feedback to senior management regarding client preferences, market demands, and potential areas for improvement.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Work closely with the marketing, operations, and finance teams to create tailored property management solutions for clients.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: 12th or degree in any field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate or property management industry is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and pricing effectively while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the property management industry, trends, and challenges.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads, opportunities, and projects simultaneously.
