Key Responsibilities of the selected candidate: Sales: Lead generation, go to market and conversion with companies and institutions to sell the Pre paid, Post paid and subscription services of ANM Cube Client Management: Fulfilling the hiring needs of ongoing and new clients Candidate Management: Using the ANM Platform to manage and grow the candidate pipeline, interview scheduling and follow ups until conversions Leverage social media to promote and generate leads through creative posts to generate engagements and leads Desired Skills: Quick Learner & Self Motivated Skilled in Verbal and Written communication Hands on with social media like LinkedIn and Instagram Web and video calls Willingness to Travel Should be able to handle both ends of the recruitment spectrum \xe2\x80\x93 Identifying demand with the Corporates and fulfilling it with fresher candidates from Educational Institutions as well as experienced candidates open to work.
