Job Summary: -
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our reach in market. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities: -
• Devise and execute business development strategies to target domestic and international sales.
• Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, emailing.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently follow up to convert leads.
• Develop and maintain client relationships by understanding their business needs.
• Write compelling business proposals and deliver impactful presentations.
• Pitch proposals to clients, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and digital service innovations.
• Cross-sell and upsell services to existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
• Maintain strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and CRM tools.
• Handle objections and resolve problems with strong communication skills.
• Research and analyze market opportunities to identify potential accounts.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas with effective time and account management.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications and Requirements: -
• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in business development.
• Proven expertise in handling high-value accounts and sales.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• Strong research and analytical abilities to identify opportunities and assess market dynamics.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus.
