We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience to lead our marketing efforts, attract new clients, and manage existing client relationships.

Job Overview:

As Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base through proactive sales activities and exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

What you will do:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and

lead generation activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to

understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to effectively close

sales and achieve revenue goals.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to

ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation in accordance

with company policies and procedures.

• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to

inform sales strategies and positioning.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and

pipeline management using CRM software.

• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and

forecasts to management.

• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities

to enhance skills and knowledge.

The Successful candidate should have:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in banking, non-banking financial

companies (NBFCs) and telecom sector. Proven track record of success in sales.

• Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and

close deals.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and

building long-term relationships.

• Results-oriented approach with a drive to exceed sales targets and achieve objectives.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
