: We're actively looking for a committed and performance-oriented Outbound Caller to become a valuable addition to our team. In this role, you'll be pivotal in establishing and nurturing robust connections with our customers, guaranteeing they experience exceptional service and customized solutions that cater to their specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Building Customer Relationships: - Establish and cultivate strong connections with customers, comprehending their unique needs and preferences. And serve as a primary contact for customers, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
2. Providing Exceptional Customer Service: - Deliver an exceptional customer service experience by actively listening to customer inquiries and addressing concerns.
3. Fostering Collaborative Teamwork: - Collaborate with a supportive team to exchange insights, strategies, and best practices. - Engage in ongoing coaching and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
4. Follow-up on Inbound Calls: - Conduct thorough follow-ups for all inbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any outstanding issues. Accurately and comprehensively document customer interactions.
5. Scheduling Appointments: - Coordinate customer appointments following established procedures. - Maintain accurate documentation related to customer transactions and appointments.
6. Achieving Sales Targets: - Strive to meet and surpass departmental sales standards. - Consistently work towards exceeding sales targets while upholding high-quality service standards.
