About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue generation. Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, target markets, and industry trends.
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold-calling, and industry events.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Sales Strategy Development: Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Proposal & Presentation Preparation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our products/services.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and enhance client engagement.
• Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, including lead generation, pipeline development, and client feedback, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• Masters in any other equivalent field
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and negotiation techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of market trends and competitors in [specific industry].
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with digital sales tools and lead generation platforms.
• Prior experience in B2B sales is a plus.
