Description:
Motion Haridwar is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the education sector and will be responsible for expanding our client base, generating leads, and promoting our educational programs. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities to expand the institute's reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including schools, colleges, and other educational organizations.
• Promote MOTION's courses and services to prospective students and institutions.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Represent MOTION at educational fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Follow up on leads, convert inquiries into enrollments, and meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and resolving issues.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduation or Post Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in the education sector.
• Skills:
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
