Business Development Executive (BDE) - White Collar Realty About White Collar Realty:
Distinguished as a leading provider of professional real estate services, White Collar Realty specializes in delivering comprehensive solutions for the acquisition and investment of residential and commercial properties in Gurgaon. Our services span the entire spectrum, covering search and discovery, transactions, home loans, property management, and post-sales services. Roles and Responsibilities: Engage with clients to comprehend their property requirements and preferences.
Present and elucidate product features and benefits to customers.
Proactively initiate and participate in sales calls to establish connections with new prospects.
Successfully conclude new business deals by coordinating requirements and negotiating contracts.
Identify potential business opportunities by establishing contact with potential customers.
Set and pursue yearly targets and objectives.
Identify new opportunities by analyzing business needs. Qualifications: Any Graduate.

Minimum experience required (1-5 years).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
