Job title: Business Development Executive Job Type: Full Time Company name: Rays TechServ Job Timing: EST, 7.30 PM to 4.30 AM Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (WFO) Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team, focusing on international markets. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation, acquiring new clients, and contributing to revenue growth while building and maintaining long-term client relationships. This position requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively during night shifts to engage with international clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Market Research Identify and target potential clients in international markets through channels like cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor strategies. 2. Sales & Business Development Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow. Develop and present customized business proposals and IT solutions to prospective clients. Manage the complete sales cycle, including client negotiations and closing deals. 3. Client Engagement & Relationship Building Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target companies. Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 4. Strategic Collaboration Collaborate with internal technical, marketing, and operations teams to develop client-centric solutions. Contribute to marketing campaigns to enhance lead generation and improve conversion rates. 5. Reporting & Analysis Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems. Analyze sales performance data and prepare reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the IT industry. Strong understanding of IT services, including software development, cloud computing, and consulting. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and lead-generation platforms. Ability to effectively work night shifts to engage with international clients. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and client-focused mindset. Preferred Skills: Experience in international markets such as the USA, Europe, or APAC regions. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies. Knowledge of RFP/RFQ processes and project management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?1,800,000.00 per year
