Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about driving business growth through innovative strategies and maintaining strong client relationships.
The candidate will undergo a 3-month training period with a stipend and transition to a full-time role with competitive compensation.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and client outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tailored solutions for client needs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated with market trends, industry developments, and competitors' activities.
Compensation Details
• Training Period: ?12,000/month for 3 months.
• Post-Training CTC: ?2.40 LPA.
