Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking, and other methods.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and provide solutions that align with their business goals.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.
• Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present detailed business proposals and pitches to potential clients. Customize solutions based on client requirements.
• Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
• Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, progress, and results using CRM software and other tools.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role within the IT industry.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of IT products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
