Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and promote our job posting services.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our digital marketing job posting solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the e-commerce or digital marketing industry.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
