Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sales: Promote and sell dental products such as dentures, braces, and more.
• Lead Generation: Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
• Product & Service Briefing: Clearly explain our products and services to potential customers.
• Customer Scheduling: Arrange appointments and manage customer visits.
• Customer Service & Grievance Handling: Address customer concerns and resolve issues in coordination with management to ensure satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory--we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Minimum high school education.
• 18 years or older.
• Must reside in or near Lucknow .
• Comfortable using mobile apps and basic computer tools.
• Proficiency in Hindi is required; spoken English is a bonus.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Salary: Negotiable after the successful completion of a 1-month probation period, based on performance.

Probation Period: 1 month (Mandatory)
